and discloses information when you use our Android application, OMS App . The App is
designed to facilitate food order management, including displaying menus and allowing restaurants & cafes to
accept
orders, without providing delivery services.

- Information You Provide Directly:
- Account Information (for Restaurants/Merchants): When you register an account
as a restaurant or merchant, we may collect information such as your restaurant name, contact
person name, email address, phone number & Brand Logo & Menu PDF. No Personal
Information
- Menu Information: Information you input to create and manage your menu within
the App, including dish names, descriptions, prices, categories, and availability.
- Order Information: Details related to orders placed through the App, such as
customer order details (items ordered, quantities, special requests), order status (pending,
accepted, rejected, completed), and timestamps. Please note: While the App
processes order information, it does not collect personal identifying information of the
customers placing the orders beyond what is necessary to fulfill the order within the
app's functionality (e.g., order ID, items). We do not collect customer names, addresses, or
payment details directly from customers through this app.
- Communication Information: If you contact us for support or inquiries, we may
keep a record of that correspondence.
- Automatically Collected Information:
- Device Information: We may collect limited information about the device you use
to access the App, such as the device model, operating system version, and unique device
identifiers. This information helps us ensure compatibility and improve app performance.
